This place ROCKS!!!!! If you are in Russell Springs, and don't visit this place. Then you have to turn around, go back, and stop in here for lunch. This place needs to be on the travel channel or food network. It is a small, unassuming place that you wouldn't know about unless you stumble upon it like I did. The staff are extremely friendly. They are honestly proud of their product, and rightfully so!!! You will not be disappointed! They only accept cash, but their prices are so reasonable, thereis a very good change you have the cash on you to afford an outstanding meal. Home cooking on location. Authentic, and they even let me taste some of the items for free. Go here! Go here! GO HERE! You will NOT be disappointed. I can't wait to visit there again the next time I am in town!

The best food in Russell County, KY - where I grew up! The grilled chicken salads are great - and the BBQ Potato (baked potato, pulled pork, cheese) is mouthwatering!

This joint is BANGARANG!! Allow me to tell thee a tale of this little purveyor of sweet sweet BBQ hidden within the bowels of Jamestown, KY. At first glance, it doesn't look like much, and even resembles the drive up burger joints of old. Less, in this case however, is certainly MORE! The place was clean, the floor bereft of dust bunnies and dirt. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating, giving us generous, FULL portion samples of the various meats to try. They spoke with us about our travels, giving us a taste of that true southern charm. The food, while SUPER cheap, is amazing. It's all fresh made and authentic. We could see/smell the smokers and grills working away behind the building when we took advantage of their outdoor seating. And, while I couldn't enjoy their fresh, homemade fudge, my counterparts tell me it was to die for. Which, being lactose intolerant, would be quite literal for me... For real real, not for play play, if you're passing through and looking for a quick bite, DEFINITELY hit them up. There's not much in the area anyway but fast food so it's a no brainer. Between the awesome staff and superb food, you won't be sorry!

I hate to ruin this perfect rating because everyone I have talked to loves this place. Problem is that I spend a lot of time in the south and Deep South so I have had some insanely good bbq. The girls behind the counter was great, the fudge is great. The bbq is different but it really is good. It's a tangy spicy which I think is from the vinegar, it's also wet bbq which I don't like as much.. But that is a personal preference. The bbq is good tho, if you are around here and want a good lunch (not open after 5 pm), this is a great place to try!

This place is delicious! Fresh salads with lots of veggies. We got to sample some pulled pork, smoked turkey, and smoked ham. If we weren't traveling through from NY we would have taken some with us. We weren't sure what to expect since there weren't a lot of options out here. We figured since it was close to the highway we would drive by, see how it looked and if it wasn't great, we would have to settle for fast food. Very glad we stopped here instead! Clean, cheap, and delicious food. Fresh and worth the price. Another customer told us that it was the best place in town. They have homemade fudge for dessert too.

Hidden GEM amazing food right off the free way so much better option than fast food. Sweetest people working there! Even gave us huge samples of their food and fudge. Big portions great price!
